Job summary

Intapp is seeking an AI Firm Deployed Engineer for Private Capital Markets to translate private equity and VC workflows into AI-powered processes. You will deploy Celeste AI agents and playbooks, aligning them with firm methodology, data standards, and risk controls.

You’ll partner with leadership and investment teams to scale AI across sourcing, underwriting, monitoring, and LP reporting. You’ll leverage hands-on deal experience and practical prompt engineering to ensure outputs meet the high

Qualifications

Substantive experience in private capital with hands-on exposure to deal execution, underwriting, portfolio management, or fund operations.
Hands-on experience applying AI to investment or commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

Advise firm stakeholders on where AI creates strategic value across deal sourcing, execution, monitoring, and LP relations.
Lead deployment of Celeste's AI agents, playbooks, and workflows around investment methodology and data standards.
Translate deal workflows into AI-ready processes, mapping from sourcing to close and identifying automation opportunities.
Drive adoption across investment and operational teams with practitioner-focused training and credibility.
Provide feedback to product strategy to ensure Celeste reflects real private capital workflows.
