Intapp is seeking an AI Firm Deployed Engineer, Billing & Revenue to advise law firms on embedding Celeste AI agents into work-to-cash processes. You’ll guide CFOs and billing managers on where AI adds strategic value, then deploy tailored workflows that reflect how firms bill and collect.

This role blends legal billing insight with practical AI deployment and adoption across finance teams. You will influence product strategy by advocating for client-centric AI capabilities and ensuring

Qualifications

• Foundation in law firm billing or revenue operations (billing specialist, revenue analyst, or similar).
• Hands-on experience applying AI to billing, revenue, or commercial workflows (prebill review, narrative drafting, exception handling).
• Fluency in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and agentic tooling without coding.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate complex ideas clearly.
• Evidence of building a knowledge resource, process improvement, training, or tool.

Responsibilities

• Advise law firm stakeholders on where AI creates strategic value in work-to-cash workflows.
• Lead deployment of Intapp Celeste AI agents, playbooks, and configurations.
• Translate time entry, prebill review, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition into AI-ready processes.
• Drive adoption across billing and finance teams with practical training and walkthroughs.
• Contribute to product strategy by reflecting how billing and revenue work gets done.
