Job summary

Intapp is seeking an AI Firm Deployed Engineer, Legal to help shape how AI is embedded in legal practice. You will advise partners and innovation leads on strategic AI value, and lead deployment of Celeste AI agents customized to firm workflows and risk standards.

You will translate workflows into AI-ready processes and drive adoption across practice groups with practical training. Join a role that blends legal expertise with AI strategy, focusing on risk-aware automation and user-centered

Qualifications

Foundation in legal practice; law firm associate or in-house experience.
Hands-on AI in legal or commercial workflows (drafting, research, contract analysis).
Prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and agentic tooling; no code required.
Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate complex ideas clearly.
Proven track record building a knowledge resource, process improvement, or training program.

Responsibilities

Advise law firm stakeholders on where AI creates strategic value and prioritise workflows.
Lead deployment of Celeste AI agents and playbooks to match firm methods and risk standards.
Translate legal workflows into AI-ready processes and identify automation opportunities.
Drive adoption across practice groups with tailored walkthroughs and training.
Inform product strategy to reflect how legal work gets done in Celeste.
