Job summary

SaxeCap is hiring an AI Deployment Specialist to join our AI transformation team. From day one you will work with VPs and senior leadership across every phase of AI-driven value creation, from evaluating opportunities for PE sponsors to building transformation roadmaps for portfolio companies.

You will be in the room with PE partners, portfolio executives, and engineers, running analyses, shaping investments, and quantifying EBITDA impact.

Qualifications

• High-growth, early-career role combining technical and commercial work in AI/PE.
• Hands-on data analysis and prototyping with Python/SQL and data tools.
• Ability to translate user pain points into scoped technical solutions.
• Experience working with engineers and data scientists to deploy solutions.
• Comfort communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities for PE sponsors and quantify potential EBITDA impact.
• Build transformation roadmaps for portfolio companies leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy AI solutions into production.
• Communicate analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and sponsors.
