Job summary
Intapp is seeking an AI Firm Deployed Engineer, Billing & Revenue to help law firms harness Celeste's AI capabilities within their work-to-cash processes and revenue operations. You will work directly with CFOs, billing managers, and revenue leaders to identify where AI creates the most value and to translate that into deployable solutions.
From strategy to execution, you will drive adoption by building credibility, leading training, and collaborating with Industry Architects and Product teams
Qualifications
- Foundation in law firm billing or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to billing, revenue, or commercial workflows.
- Fluency in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and agentic tooling.
Responsibilities
- Advise law firm stakeholders on where AI creates strategic value, prioritizing work-to-cash workflows.
- Lead deployment of Celeste AI agents and playbooks, configuring around billing guidelines and revenue standards.
- Translate work-to-cash workflows into AI-ready processes across time entry, prebill, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Drive adoption across billing and finance teams with walkthroughs and training.
- Inform Celeste product strategy to reflect how billing and revenue work is actually done.
