Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust is seeking a hard-working Preferred Banker to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. You will manage the overall client experience, identify cross-sell opportunities, and refer clients to partner lines for the best solutions.

You will oversee onboarding, maintain documentation, and handle day-to-day transactions while collaborating with the broader team to uphold our Clients First and One Team principles.

Qualifications

• Experience handling client relationships and banking products.
• Understanding of KYC/BSA/AML regulations.
• Ability to gather financial information to open and service accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and bank partners; process client requests and coordinate with partners.
• Develop and manage consumer and business account relationships; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee client onboarding; ensure documentation complies with regulations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, IRAs, CDs, and account maintenance.
• Assist daily branch operations including reporting, audits, and cash handling.
