Job summary

SmartBank is seeking a Private Client Specialist to support the Private Banking team and deliver high-touch service to clients. You will help with banking requests, product support, and account servicing while coordinating with Retail and Operations to open and maintain accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of banking, lending, client service, or related experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support resource for Private Bankers and their clients.
• Deliver outstanding service by assisting clients with banking requests, product support, and account servicing needs.
• Coordinate with retail and operational teams to facilitate account openings and ongoing account maintenance.
• Assist with loan application processing, renewals, modifications, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor portfolio activity and assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.
