Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree or banking diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication across face-to-face, email, video and chat; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes various customer transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires) accurately and compliantly.
• Balances cash drawer, night deposits, and services the ATM; assists vault and related duties.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of bank regulations to ensure compliance.
• Counsels clients on deposits and loans; expands relationships.
• Educates customers on technology products and services; collaborates with partners to connect specialists.
• Acts as a banking ambassador by participating in community events and outreach.
