Peapack Private Bank & Trust in Long Valley, NJ is seeking an Universal Banker II to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. You will manage the end-to-end client experience, process transactions, open accounts, and educate clients on bank technology.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, adherence to banking regulations, and collaboration with teammates to uphold the bank's culture of hospitality and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Flexible to banking hours across weekdays and Saturdays.
• Customer experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred; Banking experience a plus.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client service and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all existing and potential clients and manage the full client experience.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to partnering business lines.
• Support daily branch operations, cash handling, and audits as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Learn and promote branch technology to educate clients on ease of use.
