Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Private Banker I to comprehensively manage and service high-net-worth clients in our Private Banking program. You will drive net new loan and deposit growth, promote Private Banking products, and coordinate with other departments to enhance client engagement.

With a focus on relationship-building, you will analyze financials, manage portfolios, and work with senior bankers to meet individual and team goals in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years banking experience with basic sales skills and elevated customer service preferred.
• Experience in the local market preferred for better understanding of environment and potential customer base.

Responsibilities

• Assess prospects for Private Banking eligibility and refer to other lines as needed.
• Build client relationships with relational selling and trusted-advisor approach.
• Review financial information to assess creditworthiness and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with senior Private Bankers and other lines of business to deepen client engagement.
