Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred, Banking experience a plus.
• Notary Public commission is required.
• Willing to grow and work in an environment where feedback is willingly given and received.
• Proactively takes initiative to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ability to interact effectively with all levels.
• Operates with integrity, adaptability, and a positive performance in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to clients with professional protocols and best practices.
• Learn and promote branch technology to clients and educate on ease of use.
• Develop, expand and manage consumer and business account relationships to meet client needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
• Open products such as checking, money market, CDs, IRAs, Netteller, Debit Cards, and process related applications.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, IRAs, CDs and account maintenance.
