Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust is seeking a part-time Universal Banker II to deliver exceptional client service in our Bedminster branch. The role focuses on building relationships, processing transactions, and introducing clients to banking products and digital tools.

You will work about 25 hours per week, with scheduled hours including weekdays; prior retail/hospitality experience is valued, and notary commission is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Notary Public commission.
• Approximately 25 hours per week within banking hours.
• Customer experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred, Banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and manage the full client experience.
• Learn and promote branch technology and digital tools to customers.
• Develop consumer and business relationships and refer opportunities to partner lines.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and audits.
• Adhere to policies, regulations and the Bank's culture of Clients First and One Team.
