Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRD client engagement strategies, including business development, brand development, and event planning.
• Collaborate with the PRD leadership team to enhance employee skills in digital transformation and client engagement.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives for loans, deposits, and non-interest income.
• Manage Private Banking segment product and service initiatives, marketing, and promotions.
• Oversee the Private Banking enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
• Lead and engage with bank partners to foster collaboration and understanding of the Private Banking program.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate strategies and updates to bank partners and PRD employees.
• Directly supervise the WMG Product Manager and collaborate with the PRD Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and attend workshops to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring all federal and state laws, bank policies, and customer confidentiality are maintained.
