PNC Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Client Service Associate in Private Banking to develop long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service. You will handle client inquiries and transactions, promote digital self-service tools, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

University degree, <1 year of professional experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
No required certification(s).

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains long-term client relationships and manages expectations for satisfaction with products and service.
Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions (money movement, demographic updates, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, research).
Identifies opportunities for digital self-service tools and serves as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Escalates client issues to senior leadership as needed and communicates with partners to resolve issues.
Learns and adopts new technologies to support client consultation and requests, and solicits feedback to drive service improvements.
