Overview

As a Client Service Associate within PNC Private Bank, you will be based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gather required documentation. Prepare, review and verify documents and relevant information for accuracy. Perform common processing and ensure compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
  • Initiate, update and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provide reports as needed.
  • Serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
Key Contacts and Collaboration
  • Owner of the service experience; partner with Advisors, Middle Office, or Operations teams to fulfill service requests and provide a world-class client experience.
  • Work with Advisors/Leaders on client-related activities.
