Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate for its Private Banking team based in Phoenix, AZ.

This role focuses on developing long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting West Coast clients with banking products and transactions. You will assist with money movement, demographic updates, beneficiary administration, and other inquiries while leveraging digital tools to improve self-service for clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide high quality customer service.
• Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities and investment management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long term client relationships.
• Actively manages client expectations to ensure satisfaction with products and service.
• Provides exceptional client service on requests and transactions (money movement, demographic updates, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, research).
• Identifies opportunities for digital self-service tools.
• Acts as point of contact for clients and teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Communicates with internal partners to identify and solve problems and track issues to resolution.
