Job summary

You will partner with Advisors and operations teams to ensure accurate processing, timely responses, and high client satisfaction. A university degree and strong communication skills are required for success in this in-office role.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Relevant understanding of banking products, investments, and fiduciary services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving to support clients and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and advisors in servicing requests.
• Execute client instructions across banking, investment and fiduciary products.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Promote use of digital tools for self-service and client satisfaction.
