Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Private Client Services Associate on site in Mobile to support relationship managers and high net worth clients. You will handle daily banking operations, open accounts, and coordinate with Wealth partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Under supervision, you will learn sales skills, manage smaller client accounts, and assist with planning and service delivery while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; accurate grammar, typing and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Assists Private Client Services RMs in providing financial services to qualified clients and supports relationship management.
• Acts as primary contact for sales and service to some existing clients and promotes cross-selling.
• Maintains portfolio with high value clients, monitors information and coordinates with internal partners to position bank products.
• Helps develop sales plans and strategies and may assist in closing deals with input from supervising RM; may involve evening/weekend client entertainment.
