Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Mobile, AL is seeking a Private Client Services Associate to support high net worth clients with full banking operations under supervision, following departmental standards.

You will back Private Client Services Relationship Managers, open accounts, promote cross-selling, and assist with consumer loans, coordinating with Wealth partners to grow the client base. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience are preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 years of experience required; 2 - 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Good written and oral skills
• Accurate grammar, typing and spelling
• Winning attitude and desire to excel in this highly desirable work environment. Able to adjust to changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Private Client Services RM’s in providing financial services to qualified Private Clients as well as relationship management duties.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for sales and service to some existing clients, supporting Private Client Services in growing markets, with emphasis on serving consumer clients early in their wealth cycle.
• Maintains a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential clients; monitors customer information/products, financial plan and market trends to identify new needs and opportunities.
• Uncovers prospect needs for products and services and recommends solutions; assist in developing sales plans and strategies and in finalizing deals with input from supervising relationship manager.
