Responsibilities

• Evaluate all risk and economic implications of transactions.
• Advise and develop solutions with Regional Lending Team.
• Understand Private Lending product suite; ensure underwriting consistency.
• Document loan structure and analysis for credit approval.
• Ensure loan documentation aligns with approved terms and risk ratings.
• Ensure covenant and collateral monitoring procedures are followed.
• Document credit files and approvals; manage policy exceptions.
• Interact with regulators as needed; support loan portfolio.
• Communicate with Regional Private Lending teams and risk/credit partners.
