Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas seeks an Associate, Banker-CSG to manage front-end risk bookings, collateral, and funding workflows. You will coordinate with global teams to resolve deal issues, and ensure accurate PnL and books/records.

The role involves integrating new Private Credit ABL, Private Equity NAV, and Private Equity Capital Call deals into established processes. You will leverage your analytics background to review loan agreements, leverage market data tools, and support

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year of experience or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with US GAAP accounting and financial statements.
• Experience reviewing loan credit agreements and producing client reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute front-end risk bookings of collateral and funding requests.
• Perform borrowing base calculations and cash distribution approvals.
• Identify issues with new and existing deals and coordinate solutions with global teams.
• Collaborate with product controllers to ensure PnL accuracy and records.
• Set up and integrate new deals into existing workflows.
• Interact with fundamentals team to model collateral assets and pricing.
• Coordinate with external parties to facilitate transaction reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for back and middle office operations.
