• Proficiency in Excel for data aggregation and submissions; PowerPoint for senior management decks; SQL for data queries; Jira for issue tracking; understanding regulatory reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral warehouse facilities focusing on asset-backed financing.
• Collaborate with external counterparties and internal teams to ensure accurate books and records.
• Work on multifaceted transactions including large purchases, acquisitions, and securitizations of CRE and consumer loan pools.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting related to bank loans and monitor KRIs and risk metrics.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce risk and improve controls.
