Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Asset & Wealth Management Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst – Lending Paralegal to support a broad range of lending products and related legal docs. You will draft, review, and manage documents, track milestones, and partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to drive efficiency through automation and AI.

This role offers exposure to Private Bank lending and opportunities to build expertise in lending and credit within a modern legal service delivery

Competenze

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
Self-starter with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong drafting, document management, and organizational capabilities.
Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve processes.
Prior paralegal or related experience preferred; JD not required.

Mansioni

Draft, review, and manage loan documents and related lending paperwork.
Support transaction execution and closings, including document tracking.
Track legal projects, pipelines, and milestones.
Maintain templates, playbooks, and guidance materials.
Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to support lending transactions.
Assist with regulatory, policy matters affecting Private Bank lending.
Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve workflows.
Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Tech on lending matters.
Support management reporting and strategic initiatives as needed.
