Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking an Owner Services Account Manager to enhance the experience of Owners through exceptional personalized service. You will manage itineraries, coordinate with Dispatchers, and ensure operational excellence for each trip.

Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience, high school education, and strong communication skills. The role involves a flexible schedule and close collaboration with internal teams to support private aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains relationships with Owners, internal and external business partners by preparing itineraries for reservations and confirming details.
• Verifies catering and ground requirements and ensures all special requests are correct.
• Manages work tools such as system phones, team email boxes and Intellijet to keep the department updated about Owner needs.
• Coordinates with Dispatchers to verify regulations and duty day limitations.
• Briefs crews for domestic Part 91 flights and provides charter options to Owners as directed.
• Maintains cross-departmental knowledge of the client account including Fleet Maintenance, Accounting, Crew Training and Flight Operations.
