Executive Jet Management in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Owner Services Account Representative to manage Owner relationships, prepare detailed itineraries, and coordinate with Dispatch and Crew teams for domestic Part 91 flights. The role focuses on proactive issue resolution and excellent customer service to ensure opera­tions run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains relationships with Owners and partners by preparing itineraries and confirming reservations.
• Verifies catering, ground needs and special requirements for trips.
• Uses Intellijet and other tools to keep the department updated on Owner needs.
• Collaborates to maintain open communication between team members.
• Responds to emails and calls, including outside business hours as needed.
• Provides options to aircraft schedulers and coordinates with Dispatchers on regulations.
• Briefs crews for domestic Part 91 flights and ensures aircraft availability for Charter Fulfillment.
• Supports Owners with timely, accurate communication and operational excellence.
