Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking an on-site Flight Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support for ProOwnership owners. You will handle flight operations, regulatory compliance, and coordination with maintenance and leadership to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

You will act as liaison between owner and Textron Aviation, oversee activation of preflight/postflight procedures, and ensure adherence to FAA/ICAO standards.

Qualifications

• ATP certification required with unrestricted or restricted privileges.
• FAA First Class Medical required.
• 1,000 hours in turboprop, turbofan, or turbojet aircraft.
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.
• Residence within a two-hour drive of the managed aircraft base.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or aerospace preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site flight operations support for Textron’s ProOwnership management.
• Serve as liaison between owner and Textron Aviation; lead pilot when designated.
• Explain Pilot-in-Command responsibilities and operating standards; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform preflight and post-flight inspections; report discrepancies to Maintenance.
• Coordinate MNPS, RVSM, and RNP inspections for domestic and international travel.
• Monitor flights against operations manual; enforce crew duty/rest, runway-length, and weather minimums.
• Maintain knowledge of FAA/ICAO regulations and local procedures; ensure currency training.
