Job summary

Freeman Jet Center in the United States is seeking a full-time Aviation Customer Service Representative to deliver an elite level of service to crew and passengers. You will handle calls, assist on-site with over-the-counter sales, manage data entry and invoicing, and coordinate with ground staff to ensure timely services and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to process payments and input data accurately
• Face-to-face customer service experience is a plus
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Handle and route calls with a customer-focused approach
• Engage with customers in over-the-counter sales
• Enter data, manage emails, track inventory, and process financial transactions via POS
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
• Connect clients to the appropriate personnel
• Provide administrative support as needed
