Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services in a hospitality-driven setting. You will ensure smooth, memorable visits and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires flexibility for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate indoors or outdoors near aircraft and ground service equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure services are handled professionally and accurately.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; may assist with basic accounting.
