Job summary

Signature Aviation in Newark, NJ is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services and delivering exceptional hospitality. This hands-on role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and to operate in indoor and outdoor environments near aircraft.

The position emphasizes outstanding guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while promoting Signature’s services to passengers and crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background checks and airport/company security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure services are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per company procedures; may assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Arrange reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments as requested.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and area information for guests.
