Job summary

flyExclusive is hiring a Crew Scheduler to manage flight crew schedules for Part 135 operations. You will input data in Airtable, coordinate with Flight Control, and ensure timely travel arrangements for crews.

Daily duties include crew swaps, IOE travel planning, and maintaining accurate communication with pilots. The role requires on-site presence with a Monday–Thursday schedule and occasional weekend commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Experience with database software and scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain crew schedules for Part 135 operations.
• Input/verify data in Airtable for aircrew schedules and leave events.
• Coordinate travel for crew mobility and IOE when needed.
• Collaborate with Flight Control and Scheduling to adjust crew as schedules change.
• Communicate travel plans and changes to crews in a timely manner.
• Attend daily OCC meetings to share scheduling information.
