Banyan Air Service is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to deliver world-class, personalized service for private aviation clients. This is a high-touch role for someone who thrives in team-oriented, high-performance environments and takes pride in creating memorable, seamless experiences.

The CSR will build lasting relationships with aircraft owners, flight crews and key contacts, provide concierge-level service, coordinate with the line service team, and represent Banyan at industry

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two-years customer service experience, exude excellent customer service
• Enjoy working with people and bea resourceto customers
• Must possess avalid driver's license
• Maintainaprofessional appearance
• Pre-employmentdrug testis required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on projects
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, with the ability to bend, twist and squat while performing job duties
• The CRS must be able to accommodate changing work hours, variable schedules and weekend work as required.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships with aircraft owners, flight crews, and key contacts
• Provide concierge-level service, anticipating needs and ensuring every detail is flawless
• Ensure proactive client engagement by communicatingwith customers in person, via the phone and by email, offering outstanding customer service
• Coordinate and provide support to the line service team concerning fuel, catering requests, etc., by offering an elite level of service
• Represent Banyan at industry events and community functions if needed
• Coordinate appreciation events,special requests, arrivals and departures
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, exceptional service
