Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. seeks a highly organized Client Services & Operations Associate for its Boca Raton office.

The role serves as a liaison between aviation advisors, clients, operators and vendors, managing trip execution from inquiry through post-flight follow-up in a fast-paced private aviation environment. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm position with after-hours on-call for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in private luxury travel or similar high-net-worth operations
• Strong client-service mindset with a white-glove approach
• Availability to work in-office Monday to Friday and be on-call after hours

Responsibilities

• Manage client private jet/charter requests from inquiry through post-flight follow-up
• Coordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors including catering and ground transportation
• Build and manage detailed itineraries and trip logistics
• Monitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status and operational changes in real time
• Provide proactive, professional communication to clients before, during and after flights
• Assist with billing, invoicing and post-trip reporting
