Job summary

BOND in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends to coordinate real-time trip operations for UHNW clients. You will own night and weekend communications, manage flight logistics, and partner with Flight Operations and Scheduling to ensure seamless, white-glove service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aviation operations, flight coordination, charter operations, or premium member services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; member-first in interactions.
• Proficiency with operations or scheduling platforms; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a structured shift.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time member communication during nights and weekends — updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate trip logistics end-to-end: flight scheduling, catering, ground transportation, FBO readiness.
• Monitor active flights and communicate delays or changes to members and stakeholders.
• Liaise with flight crews, FBOs, and vendors to resolve issues on the spot.
• Serve as off-hours escalation point for operational issues and decide escalation when needed.
• Partner with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Scheduling to ensure cohesive trip execution.
• Ensure clean handoffs at shift transitions for daytime team continuity.
• Maintain accurate data entry across systems and trips for traceability.
• Surface recurring gaps to leadership for continuous improvement.
