Job summary

Premier Private Jets in Stuart, Florida seeks a Flight Coordinator to manage the coordination and arrangements of charter flights and deliver client-centered service with strong flight operations knowledge.

You will monitor flights, coordinate crew scheduling and travel, and ensure compliance with CFR 14 FAR 91/135. The role requires aviation or business degree, with FAA dispatch or pilot certificate preferred; office-based position with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate aircraft operations and FAA CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135.
• College degree (Aviation or Business degree preferred).
• FAA Dispatch Certificate or Pilot Certificate (preferred).
• Experience working with Jet Insight.
• Work is performed in an office setting with prolonged sedentary activity.
• Flexible work schedule including weekdays, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Notify and brief all crew members for scheduled trips and coordinate travel plans.
• Forecast and communicate any operational issues affecting flight completion.
• Actively flight follow; monitor aircraft movements both in the air and on the ground.
• Coordinate aircraft towing and fueling when necessary.
• Plan fueling needs for all trips and communicate to pilots.
• Assist in crew scheduling with the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations.
• Book hotels, airlines, and meals for crew on the road.
• Document and maintain compliance with PPJ contractual obligations.
• Proactively resolve client issues and disputes, involving Sales as needed.
• Monitor weather and airport conditions to ensure safe daily operations.
• Participate in daily operations meetings.
• Utilize charter software for scheduling updates, profiles, maintenance warnings and invoicing.
• Strive to meet daily, monthly, and annual operations goals.
