Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Privacy Specialist to join our external-facing pre-sales team in the United States. You will be the privacy expert on prospect engagements, translating regulatory requirements into tailored demos, RFP responses, and win themes that move deals forward.

You will work with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to demonstrate data subject requests, data mapping, risk assessments, and consent management across Cyera's privacy platform, combining deep privacy knowledge with

Qualifications

4+ years in a privacy-focused pre-sales or related technical role.
Ability to build and deliver tailored product demos to technical and executive audiences.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and US state privacy laws; AI governance frameworks; data mapping and DSRs.
Excellent written communication and persuasive proposal skills.
Excellent presentation skills; translate technical capabilities into business value for privacy, legal, security, and data leaders.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple pursuits and deadlines.
Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the privacy subject matter expert for sales and solutions teams during calls and demos.
Build tailored demos connecting Cyera's privacy capabilities to customer regulatory drivers and use cases.
Lead proof of value engagements from scoping through readout with the account team.
Own privacy responses to RFPs/RFIs and related questionnaires; coordinate inputs from internal teams.
Coach GTM teams on privacy discovery and qualification and pursue opportunities across prospects and existing accounts.
Run the privacy demo request process; prepare agendas and engage SMEs for each call.
Provide privacy input to sellers and CRM so opportunities are accurately scoped.
Serve as the day-to-day contact on active pursuits, POVs, and RFPs; hand off to Customer Success and Implementation teams.
Act as a power user of privacy products; capture customer feedback to influence the roadmap.
Develop demo scripts and enable technical teams; collaborate with Product Marketing to turn learnings into collateral and stories.
