Responsibilities

• Print hazard, claims, and loss draft checks for clients according to schedules and procedures.
• Review and validate check production files prior to processing.
• Balance and reconcile daily check files for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify check totals, sequence numbers, and payment information before release.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in printing, balancing, or reporting.
• Maintain records of printed checks and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve processing issues and meet deadlines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports as required.
• Assist with quality control reviews to ensure document accuracy.
• Support audit requests with documentation and reporting.
• Handle confidential customer and financial information securely.
