Qualifications

• Experience in the print industry required.
• Some college preferred.
• Minimum of five years Customer Service experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of leadership to client service staff and set clear expectations.
• Liaise between work group and production control for proactive status updates.
• Establish checkpoints to ensure accuracy and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure operations management has correct information for efficient project completion.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyze and plan projected job requirements to optimize resources.
• Coordinate projects across vertical print markets for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage account documentation and data maintenance.
• Complete normal business reports as required.
• Inspect proofs and troubleshoot to ensure on-time delivery.
