Job summary

Arandell is seeking an Account Specialist to act as quarterback for client projects, coordinating with service, premedia, press, bindery and logistics to keep productions on schedule and on brand.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork; you'll translate client instructions into clear production plans, oversee issues, and partner with sales and procurement to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related printing industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to respond to after-hours manufacturing questions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret print and distribution instructions with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with service teams, premedia, press, bindery and logistics to ensure smooth production.
• Enter version, assembly, and quantity details per client instructions.
• Provide accurate production instructions and respond to production questions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Procurement on special materials or outsourcing.
