Job summary

Arandell is seeking an Account Specialist to interpret and clearly communicate project instructions across the organization, acting as quarterback between service, premedia, press, bindery, and logistics to keep client projects on track and on brand.

The role combines customer-facing production support with internal coordination to ensure smooth workflow and accurate disposition of WIP and inventory. This hybrid position offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic print/catalog environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic communications or business administration or 4 years of related printing industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative nature to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a variety of print and distribution instructions with high attention to detail.
• Work with customers on production issues including specifications and pricing.
• Release accurate production instructions to premedia, press, bindery, and logistics.
• Provide postage requests and/or mail plans to the customer.
• Collaborate with Procurement on materials and outsourcing requirements.
• Meet with customers as directed by Sales Representative.
