• Communicating job status, turnaround times, and solutions to customers
• Working closely with Sales and Production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating outside vendor quotes when needed
• Researching repeat orders and previous job history
• Managing delivery, shipping, and customer pickup requirements
• Setting up new customers and supporting assigned sales accounts
• Monitoring jobs throughout the production process and proactively addressing issues
• Managing assigned house accounts and providing exceptional customer service

• Joseph C. Woodard Printing is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an important role that connects our customers, sales team, production department, and outside vendors to keep projects moving smoothly from order to completion.
