Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication
• Processing orders and creating accurate job tickets
• Preparing quotes using our PressWise system and approved pricing tools
• Coordinating artwork, proofs, production schedules, and customer approvals
• Communicating job status, turnaround times, and solutions to customers
• Working closely with Sales and Production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating outside vendor quotes when needed
• Researching repeat orders and previous job history
• Managing delivery, shipping, and customer pickup requirements
• Setting up new customers and supporting assigned sales accounts
• Monitoring jobs throughout the production process and proactively addressing issues
• Managing assigned house accounts and providing exceptional customer service
