Responsibilities include monitoring fleet performance, assisting with device moves, and providing timely customer assistance while upholding Ricoh’s service standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service focus and professional communication.
• Experience managing projects/programs of medium scale is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printers, Multi-Function Printers and related devices required.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of Ricoh managed devices in the customer fleet.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate supply, service, and asset management for print devices.
• Respond to customer requests and provide timely, professional support.
• Maintain asset data and generate contracted reports as needed.
