Job summary

FedEx Office in Ann Arbor is looking for a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide solutions. You will assist with print, signs & graphics, and shipping, take orders, quote pricing, and explain FedEx Office products.

You will operate and maintain equipment, manage the production queue, stock materials, and complete tasks by priority while staying courteous, accurate, and compliant with store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience and assists customers in printing, signs & graphics and shipping.
• Takes orders and provides pricing information using order systems.
• Operates and maintains printing and shipping equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly store.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS terminal.
