Responsibilities

Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
Lead sales training in print and across the store.
Develop and coach associates to improve print processes and selling techniques.
Operate all print equipment and manage supplies to ensure on-time orders.
Maintain store security and act as a Key Carrier during shifts.
Support merchandising and visual standards for print products.
