• Strong PC skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Print Services knowledge and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and training in print and store.
• Lead a sales-focused environment through training and development of associates.
• Act as a role model for customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance and ongoing training on print processes and selling techniques.
• Facilitate training on business model and holistic service offering.
