Job summary

Office Depot is hiring a Print Manager in Naperville, IL. You will lead the Print Department, drive sales through print services, and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will also be responsible for opening/closing as a Key Carrier, managing print equipment and supplies, and fostering a customer-centric, safe, high-performing team aligned with Office Depot values.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations and print services.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to coach and develop others.

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Drive sales through print-focused training and store-wide selling techniques.
• Lead and develop associates; coach on print processes and selling techniques.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier; ensure security and daily balance.
