Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead print production, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer-centric culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.

The role requires leadership on duty, opening/closing responsibilities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential for developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure orders are completed on time.
