Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years related experience in print services including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience utilizing print workflow systems, job tracking platforms, and digital production software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operational activities and staff involved in printing, duplication, bindery, pre-press, signage, embroidery, engraving, screen-printing, and related production operations.
• Manages daily production workflows including assigning, reviewing, and coordinating work to ensure timely completion of print, signage, apparel, and promotional production requests.
• Coordinates print production schedules, job priorities, and workflow activities to support operational efficiency and customer deadlines.
• Supervises and interfaces with customers to review job specifications, production requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Assists customers with selecting appropriate print methods, substrates, finishes, signage materials, apparel production options, and related production services to support departmental objectives.
• Reviews submitted artwork and production files for completeness, formatting, resolution, and production readiness prior to processing.
• Monitors operation and maintenance coordination of digital print, wide-format, signage, embroidery, engraving, screen-printing, and bindery equipment.
