• Customer service experience and strong communications.
• Supervisory leadership and staff development.
• Sales or account management exposure in a print/marketing environment.
• Knowledge of printing, mailing practices and budgeting basics.
• Understanding of safety, policies, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all print shop operations including leases, maintenance, inventory, POS systems, vendor relations and safety audits.
• Provide day-to-day operational management of campus print shop and satellite operations.
• Develop and enforce health, safety, service standards and university policies.
• Collaborate with campus partners to determine service needs and market offerings.
• Develop logs, records, and reporting; provide position relief as needed.
• Lead outreach to increase sales and create diverse revenue streams.
• Provide vision and leadership for staff; oversee scheduling, payroll, and training.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of three years' supervisory experience

Five years' experience in managing a print center

Minimum of three years' experience in sales or account management

Combination of education and experience may be considered
