Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead and train associates in print processes and selling techniques.
• Ensure efficient operation of print equipment and materials inventory.
• Maintain store standards for print merchandising and quality.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier and support loss prevention.
